Clear and flush
Gutter cleaning in Southlake, TX
Clearing the trough, flushing every downspout until it runs clear, and washing the striping off the outside face. Big roof areas feed a lot of water into relatively few downspouts, so one blockage here moves a genuinely large volume onto the landscaping.

What gutter cleaning in Southlake covers
North Texas trees do not drop politely in October: post oak, live oak and pecan shed through the year. Spring hail adds shingle grit that packs into the trough and holds water. When a downspout blocks, the water goes over the lip and straight down the wall onto the foundation, and on Blackland clay that is precisely where you least want it. The vertical "tiger striping" on the outside face is oxidised aluminium mixed with roof run-off, and it is a separate job from the clear-out.
Trough clear-out
Leaf litter, shingle grit and whatever else the last storm put up there, removed rather than pushed along.
Leaf litter · Hail grit · Nesting
Downspouts flushed
Flushed until they run clear at the bottom. A clean trough over a blocked downspout is not a finished job.
Downspouts · Elbows · Outlets
The outside face and tiger striping
The vertical grey streaking down the front of the gutter, treated with a cleaner made for it. Optional, and quoted separately.

Method
A safer, better clean in three steps
Debris comes out of the trough, then every downspout is flushed until water runs clean at the bottom. The outside face is washed with a cleaner made for the striping rather than scrubbed. We leave the ground the way we found it, and we tell you anything we noticed while we were up there (a loose spike, a separated seam) without turning it into a sales pitch.

Common questions
Gutter cleaning in Southlake, answered

Do you cover Southlake?
Yes. Southlake is one of the eleven Dallas-Fort Worth cities Gem Pro covers, and we work throughout Tarrant County. That includes Timarron, Carillon, Clariden Ranch, Coventry Manor and Southlake Town Square.
We are in Colleyville, Grapevine, Fort Worth and Flower Mound regularly too, so a Southlake job rarely waits. Call (214) 471-6720 or send the details and you get a price back the same business day.
How often do gutters need clearing here?
Twice a year suits most properties in North Texas: once after the spring storms have finished putting hail grit and leaf drop up there, and once in late autumn. Under heavy oak or pecan canopy it is worth doing more often than that.
Do you clean the outside of the gutter as well?
We can, and it is worth asking about, because it is what most people actually mean when they say the gutters look bad. The grey vertical striping down the front is oxidation rather than dirt, so it needs a dedicated cleaner and is quoted as its own line.
What about gutter guards?
Guards reduce how much gets in, they do not stop it. Fine grit and shingle sand still work through, and the guard has to come off to get at what has built up underneath. Tell us what you have when we walk the property and we will factor it into the price before you agree to it.
What happens to the debris?
It comes out and the ground goes back the way we found it. Part of every job here is the full rinse and the walkthrough at the end, and a pile of wet leaf litter on your drive would not survive either.
What does gutter cleaning cost in Southlake?
There is no honest flat rate, because no two properties are the same size, the same age or in the same condition. What we can promise is how the number is arrived at: we walk the property, we put the price in writing, and that is the price you pay.
Estimates are free and there is no charge for the walkthrough. If we spot something else worth attention we will tell you, and the decision stays yours.
Have you worked in Southlake before?
Timarron Country Club is one of the commercial properties Gem Pro works with.
Every photograph on the before and after page was taken from the same spot before and after a single visit, so you can judge the standard rather than take our word for it.

Southlake elevations are tall, and the part that shows from the street is the part a ladder and a garden hose never reach evenly. Cast stone and mortar here also hold hard-water scale from sprinkler overspray, which is a different problem to algae and needs a different answer.
