Information we collect
When you contact us. If you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, and your message — together with the page you contacted us from.
When you use our AI assistant. This site has an AI chat assistant. When you use it, your messages are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a reply. We do not keep a copy of the conversation — it stays in your browser until you close it. Please do not share sensitive personal, financial, or health information in the chat. If you give us your contact details through the assistant, we keep those so we can get back to you, the same as a contact form. Replies are AI-generated and can be wrong; they are not professional advice. Contact us directly if it matters.
Automatically. Like most websites, our hosting collects standard technical information — your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the site you came from — to keep the site running and secure.
Advertising. We use Google Ads to measure our advertising and reach people who may be interested in our services. These tools may share information about your visit with the advertising platform — see "Cookies and your choices" below.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Who we share it with
- Our website platform, Unasystems, which hosts this site and processes data on our instructions. Their privacy practices: unasystems.com/privacy.
- AI providers, to generate chat replies. They are contractually prevented from keeping your messages or using them to train their models.
- Google, for advertising measurement.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your information or give it to data brokers.
Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, you will see a banner asking about analytics and advertising cookies.
- If you are in Europe, the UK, or Brazil, no analytics or advertising cookies are set until you accept.
- Elsewhere, they are set by default and you can decline at any time.
You can change your mind at any time using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of any page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it automatically — you do not need to do anything. Your choice is remembered for 180 days.
The cookies themselves:
- una_consent — remembers your cookie choice (180 days). Always on: the site needs it to respect your decision.
- _gcl_* — Google Ads; links an enquiry back to the ad you clicked (up to 90 days). Only with your consent.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and customer records for as long as we need them for the enquiry and to meet our legal and tax obligations — usually up to 7 years — then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of advertising, and to withdraw consent.
To exercise any of these, email Gemproexterior@gmail.com. We will verify who you are and respond within the time the law allows — generally 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your state Attorney General or, in the UK or EU, your data protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Our website platform encrypts data in transit and at rest and restricts who can access it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
