What warehouse pressure washing covers

An industrial building gets dirty from the ground up. Truck courts collect diesel, hydraulic fluid and tyre rubber; dock aprons take the worst of it in a narrow strip that shows from the road; and tilt-wall panels streak below every roof drain and above every splash line. The office entry at the front is usually the only part anyone maintains, which makes the rest look worse.

Method

A safer, better clean in three steps

Scheduled around dock hours so no door is blocked when a trailer is due. Panels are soft washed rather than blasted, because pressure on a painted tilt-wall takes the paint with it. Yard flatwork gets a surface cleaner for an even pass, and where the water goes is agreed before anything starts.

  1. 01

The right cleaner for the surface

We match the solution to what we are cleaning, so dirt and algae release on their own. No blasting away at full power.

  2. 02

    Low pressure, carefully applied

Safe for paint, siding, brick, stone, stucco, windows, signage and landscaping, on homes and commercial buildings alike.

  3. 03

A full rinse, then your approval

We rinse everything down and walk the property with you. We pack up when you are satisfied, not before.

Common questions

Warehouse Pressure Washing, answered

Gem Pro technician soft washing the stone facade of a two-storey home

Can you work around our dock schedule?

Yes, and it is the first thing we ask on the walkthrough. Work is sectioned so a door is never blocked when a trailer is due, and the sequence is set against your inbound and outbound windows.

Will pressure damage painted tilt-wall panels?

It can, which is why panels are soft washed rather than blasted. The cleaning solution does the work and the rinse stays low pressure, so the streaking comes off and the paint stays on.

Flatwork is the opposite: that is where real pressure belongs, through a surface cleaner for an even pass.

What happens to the run-off in the yard?

Where the water goes is part of the plan we agree before anything starts. Tell us about your drains, any interceptors and any site rules on the walkthrough and it is built into the quote rather than discovered on the day.

Can you handle several buildings in a park?

Yes. One walkthrough, one price in writing and one invoice across the buildings, sequenced so no two are disrupted at once.
