What does the programme actually cover?
It is built per property rather than sold as a fixed bundle. Most plans cover the house wash and the flatwork, with fencing, hardscape and the roof added where the property needs them.
The walkthrough is what decides it, and the plan is written down before anything starts.
How often are the visits?
That depends on exposure rather than on a standard interval. A house under heavy tree cover on a shaded lot needs a shorter cycle than an open one two streets away, and the schedule is set from what we see on the walkthrough.
Is it cheaper than booking each wash?
The point is predictability rather than a discount: one rate agreed up front, priority booking, and surfaces that never reach the state where they are hard to recover. What it costs is quoted for your property, in writing, before you commit.
Can I start with a single wash?
